For the roasted duck breast, wash the duck breast and pat dry. Cut into the skin side and season. Sear in a coated pan first on the skin side, turn after 5 minutes and sear as well.

Place in a baking dish and roast in the oven at 180° convection oven for approx. 30 minutes. Remove, cut into slices and divide onto plates, drizzle with the juice.

Preparation Tip:

Roasted duck breast is best served with red cabbage and potato noodles.
