Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Finely dice onion. Heat fat in a frying pan, sauté onion, add minced meat and sauté.
Drain beans and hominy and add as well. Extinguish with tomato puree and cook a little. Season with cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, chili seasoning and paprika.
Clean spring onion and cut into long pieces. Sauté briefly in a little boiling hot salted water and drain.
Bake the tacos briefly in the hot stove. Fill each with a spring onion and then with chili con carne and bring to the table on the spot.
