For the fig and arugula pizza, place the finished pizza dough on a baking sheet and shape it. Wrap grated Emmental in the edge to get a cheese crust.
Then spread the dough with tomato sauce. Spread sliced mozzarella well over the entire dough, placing pieces of sweetbread in between. Season with salt and pepper and then sprinkle with the remaining grated Emmental.
Now add the thinly sliced figs and basil on top. Bake the pizza at about 220 degrees for 15 minutes. When it is ready, add fresh arugula on the pizza again and serve.
You can also try the arugula and fig pizza with feta cheese. If you do not like Emmental, use other cheese to taste.
