For the millet burger, bring water to a boil, dissolve vegetable soup seasoning in it and stir in the millet. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Add finely chopped onion, fold in whole wheat flour and let cool. Mix the egg and add it to the millet.
Season with salt, bell pepper, chopped parsley, paprika and oregano and form flat patties from the mixture, fry on both sides in sunflower oil until golden brown.
Cut wholemeal rolls and spread curd cheese on them.
Clean the leek and cut it into small pieces. Place cress, leek, Gouda and the millet patties on the bottom half of the roll, cover with the top half and serve the millet burgers!
