For the mixture of the hips, mix all the ingredients until smooth (the mixture should not become foamy). Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet in the shape of a wafer, remove from the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C until the edges are light brown. Quickly remove the mixture from the baking tray and shape (e.g. place over bowl, glass or rolling pin).
The mass of hips can also be rolled into rolls or stanitzel.
