1. turkey drumsticks rinse, dry. Peel garlic, cut into slices. Stir through cider, garlic, soy sauce or apple juice, pepper and lime zest. Pour over drumsticks. It is best to marinate covered in the refrigerator for one night.
Remove turkey legs from marinade (set marinade aside), dry. Season with salt and pepper and fry in hot fat for about 10 minutes. 3.
Take out. Place on the fat pan, baste with the frying fat and roast at
