Warm up the patties in the kitchen stove ! Then heat the butter in a saucepan – add the powdered sugar until it is dissolved. Then add the pears and stir briefly (gently and carefully!) Add the eggnog and whipped cream, stir everything together and reduce – on low heat! Now season with freshly grated nutmeg.
Serve the patty on a deep plate (best slightly pre-cooled – in the freezer), fill a ball of ice cream into the patty, drape pear halves and ice cream balls around the patty and pour the sauce over the whole – bring to the table on the spot.
