Whisk the flour with the baking powder, add the eggs and the salt, then prepare everything together into a thick dough, perhaps adding a little water depending on the size of the eggs.
Leave to rest for 20 minutes.
Remove the skin from the fresh pineapple and cut it into slices.
Heat the oil in a wok, dip the pineapple slices in the batter and deep fry at 190 degrees (no bubbles rise on the spoon) for 3 min, drain on kitchen roll.
In the frying pan, heat the honey and sesame seeds and turn the fried pineapple slices in it to the other side.
Bring to the table immediately hot.
