Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and sauté them in butter. Now sprinkle with flour, stir well, pour on water and cook the mushrooms again for a few minutes.
Instead of flour you can also add a little semolina or finely grated potatoes to the fat. The soup is lightly acidified with vinegar and juice of a lemon or white wine, seasoned with finely weighted fresh herbs, a little bit of cream, salt and pepper.
