For the stuffed bread, take a loaf of white bread (preferably from the day before or the day before because it is easier to cut). Then cut the bread lengthwise and crosswise until 1 cm from the bottom (thus creating square boxes).
Add cheese and herbs to taste in the spaces. Brush with olive oil and put the stuffed bread in the oven at 200°C top and bottom heat until the cheese has melted.
If you like it classic you can also just smear garlic or herb butter in the spaces of the stuffed bread! You can actually fill it as you like and try your new ideas every time! A super alternative to the constant herb or garlic baguette for grilling!
