Try this delicious pasta dish:
Chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in hot oil.
Just before they start to roast, add the parsley and the diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
Rinse the frutti di mare, clean them, and defrost the crab tails. Add to the sauce form and stir for a few min, do not make sauce, otherwise the Frutti di Mare will be tough.
Cook the spaghetti in bubbling hot salted water until only half done. Drain pasta, mix on the spot with sauce and seafood.
Preheat electric oven to 200 degrees. Line an ovenproof dish with half of a piece of aluminum foil twice the size, overhanging the other half on one side. Place the pasta and sauce on top and fold the other half over. Pinch the foil all around to prevent steam from escaping. Place in the heated oven for 10 to 12 minutes (gas: level 3).
