A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Mix wheat meal, sesame seeds and millet flakes with the yeast, salt and sugar in a baking bowl. Knead together the eggs and lukewarm milk with the dough hook of a hand mixer until a smooth dough is formed. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Grease the flower pots well, cover the hole with a piece of aluminum foil. Knead the dough, divide in half and shape into the cooking pots. Score crosswise with a kitchen knife, sprinkle with sesame seeds and rise again for 40 min. until visibly enlarged.
Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes. If necessary, cover with parchment paper at the end of baking time.
