Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
In a large saucepan, bring enough water to a boil. Stir the ricotta with the vodka and keep warm in the water bath pot over hot, but not boiling water.
Heat the whipping cream in a saucepan, boil a little and season lightly with salt.
Season the bubbling pasta water with salt and make the fettuccine until the water rises again and the pasta rises to the surface. Strain and mix with the whipped cream in a pre-warmed baking bowl.
Spread the ricotta mixture and the caviar evenly on top and bring the dish to the table immediately.
