PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 200 °C. PREPARATION Place the toast slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cut the well boned salmon into thin slices with a sharp knife and place on the toasts. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the chopped dill. Melt the butter. Flavor with a dash of lemon juice, salt, pepper and the horseradish. Stir in the breadcrumbs. Spread the butter-crumb mixture on the salmon toasts and bake in a well preheated oven for a few minutes.
