For the wholemeal flambé with arugula and chili, knead a dough from flour, salt and water and roll it out thinly. Spread with tomato sauces and sprinkle with pizza seasoning.
Top with onion rings, the chili bell pepper, the bell pepper strips and the pressed garlic, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 17 minutes.
Remove the tarte flambée from the oven and sprinkle with arugula.
You can of course vary the topping for the wholemeal flambé as you like.
