Wash the roulade lettuce properly.
Boil the potatoes until they are soft. Then peel them and mash them with a fork while they are still hot.
Add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to the potatoes and mix well.
Pour over the salad and stir.
Preparation Tip:
Fry bacon cubes and/or croutons and sprinkle over the Röhrl salad.
