For the plain vanilla cake, first put in a mixing bowl: Pudding powder, sifted powdered sugar, baking powder and beaten eggs. Mix with a mixer and gradually add the oil while mixing and mix everything well for 4 minutes.
Then empty into the buttered pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 50 minutes depending on the oven. Test with a wooden stick. If nothing sticks, the plain vanilla cake is ready. Turn out of the pan.
