Knead all ingredients for the confectionery mixture well by hand on a work surface.
Form the mixture into rolls and cut small slices. For the glaze, melt the chocolate coating over a bain-marie or in the microwave and mix with the coconut oil.
Dip the slices completely in the glaze.
Place on praline lattice (fine mesh lattice) and place on baking parchment or a baking mat just before they set.
Before the chocolate sets, place half a walnut on top.
