Spread the wholemeal bread with butter, cut into 4 squares each. Cut the apple into wedges and the matie into pieces. On each bread, shape a column of apple and 1 piece of matie. Mix cream cheese with a little milk until smooth, fill into a piping bag. Squirt one rosette on each of the matjes. Grind with black pepper and garnish with dill.
