For the stuffed potatoes, wash potatoes, cut in half lengthwise and cook cut-side up in a perforated cooking container (19-20 minutes at 100°C or 7-9 minutes at 120°C).

Mix ham cubes, cheese, sour cream and mustard and season with salt and pepper.
