For the kale pan, peel and chop the onion and garlic clove. Clean the kale, cut into small pieces and wash. Then spin dry. Quarter the apples, remove the core and dice. Heat some olive oil in a pan.

Press the beef sausage out of the intestine and put it into the hot olive oil. Sauté briefly, then add the kale and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and let it brown slightly.

Shortly before the end, add the apple cubes. Sauté for another 2 minutes and season with nutmeg.

Preparation Tip:

The kale pan gets a fine seasoning if you prepare it with bacon. Either with the sausage or instead.
